Apparently I have been doing HIIT all along without me knowing exactly to it (shrugs shoulders). My first shot at cardio was sprinting the 100 meters and jogging the bends, then I switched to jogging for 10 minutes every other day. I saw fast results in the ab area when I did my first set of cardio and the plus side is that it doesnt feel like a dragged out long process whatsoever.
So back to HIIT I go for the month of June my starting point picture is down below feel free to join me if you please and comment or post a pic of your progress.
