Daily Water Requirements

I found this chart on instagram and thought I should share it with you all. My weight is now at 119 so I just moved it up to 120 which is 48oz a day. I consume way more than that 3 liters to be exact and daily. But for those who are starting this fitness journey this gives you a place to start your daily water intake.
